Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Trauma can originate from just about anything and can be very different for each person. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
We offer individual counseling primarily for ages 4 and up, including adults, incorporating family services as needed.

If someone is unsure about getting started, giving them a gift voucher for their first session or genetic test is a compassionate way to encourage them to give it a try.
Find it tricky to recommend therapy to someone? Then skip that conversation altogether and let us handle it for you. Gift a session to someone and we will contact them, let them know they have been gifted a session, and set up the appointment. No problem if you want to remain anonymous, just let us know!
