 My name is Will Knapple, I am the Executive Director here at Wholistic Health. I have worked in the community and social services sphere for over a decade, I am passionate about expanding awareness and education to the public. I am happy to provide consultations for provider contracting, programs, and professional services as well as respond to any inquiries about the services our providers offer.  

I am also a Certified Career Coach and Navigator and am pleased to offer a variety of career and educational assessments/services. 

I’m Shelby and my goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I promise to walk beside you in your journey to healing and wholeness with professional and confidential care. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate its techniques to suit all ages. I work with anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma using CBT and DBT techniques. 

Hi I’m Maria! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a certification as a Registered Play Therapist™. I work with individuals ages 4-18, along with their caregivers. As an RPT™, I have had extensive education, training and supervision in the field of play therapy. Like adults, children can have difficult times and can benefit from counseling. However, the approach used with young children may look quite a bit different than the ones used with an adult. Play therapy uses the language that children know best- PLAY- to assist with communicating things that they may be unable to communicate with words. I’m Paula I have been a counselor in multiple settings for over 30 years including a psychological examiner for the Van Buren school district for 20 of those years! I enjoy working with children and adults individually and in family and marital counseling.  I am pleased to be able to provide psychological testing for learning and behavioral issues including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc. I aim to help others understand themselves better and grow with that knowledge. 

Hi, I'm Maureen. I am a Licensed Certified (Masters) Social Worker (LCSW) and have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I've worked as a child and family therapist for more than 35 years in clinic and school-based settings. My true passion is working with children ages 4 to 10 years old and their families. Children, like adults., can learn coping skills and ways to better deal with their feelings and behaviors. I enjoy helping parents/caregivers and their children with childhood behaviors including ADHD, Trauma, anxiety, anger issues, oppositional/defiant behaviors, peer relationships and other childhood difficulties. It is important that children get the help they need because they are our future! 

 Hello! I’m Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I specialize in supporting adults who are ready to embrace change in their lives. I understand that growth can be challenging, especially for those who have experienced trauma. I take great satisfaction in helping individuals realize that their past doesn't dictate their future and that they hold the power to shape their own paths. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where positive change can flourish. I primarily work with anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD, employing CBT and DBT techniques to guide my clients. 

 I’m Janice, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), with advanced certifications in DBT, Traumatic Stress Studies, and training in EMDR, Flash Technique, EFT Tapping, Havening, and somatic-based interventions. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, grief, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, EFIT, IFS, SFBT, and RCT. I provide compassionate care to adults both in-clinic and through telehealth, walking with you on your unique journey toward healing and growth. 

 Hello, my name is Austin Mckown. I am happy to offer career and educational coaching services through Wholistic Health. I hold a master’s degree in professional school counseling, and I have spent the past 7 years in education including working as a school counselor here in the Van Buren School District. I am enthusiastic about helping both adolescents and adults on their educational and career Journey’s as well as offering development opportunities in the area.  

Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m committed to helping my clients achieve their goals. I have extensive experience working with children and teens, but I also enjoy working with adults. Providing compassionate care to everyone I work with is a priority for me. I utilize my training in CBT to guide my approach, and I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, conduct disorder, and grief.
