Wholistic Health offers autism evaluations, objective ADHD screenings, career assessments, and college credit-by-examination services. Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) funds are accepted for all services listed below.

Autism evaluations are completed by a licensed speech-language pathologist using recognized assessment tools, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2), and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), when clinically appropriate.

Cost: $434 per evaluation
Insurance: Arkansas Medicaid is currently the only insurance accepted for autism evaluations. Self-pay is also available.
EFA: Arkansas Education Freedom Account funds are accepted.

ADHD screenings are completed by a trained counselor using QbCheck, an FDA-cleared, computerized screening tool for individuals ages 6–60. QbCheck measures attention, activity, and impulsivity—the three core symptom areas commonly associated with ADHD—and provides objective information that can help identify whether additional evaluation or treatment may be appropriate.

Please note that an ADHD screening is not a comprehensive psychological evaluation and does not, by itself, establish an ADHD diagnosis. Results may be shared with the individual’s physician or another qualified healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment planning.

Cost: $217 per screening - Self-pay
EFA: Arkansas Education Freedom Account funds are accepted.

Wholistic Health offers the Career Assessment Inventory (CAI) Enhanced and Vocational versions. Each inventory helps individuals better understand their occupational interests and explore career options that may be a good fit.

• CAI Enhanced: Explores a broad range of professional, technical, and vocational careers requiring varying levels of education. It may be helpful for high school and college students, individuals selecting a college major, adults considering a career change, and those returning to the workforce.
• CAI Vocational: Focuses on trade-oriented careers and occupations that require little or no postsecondary education. It may be especially helpful for individuals considering technical training, skilled trades, or immediate entry into the workforce.

Results are interpreted by a certified career coach and counselor, who will help the individual understand the findings and identify possible career and educational pathways.

Wholistic Health is proud to partner with DSST to provide credit-by-examination testing. DSST is a nationally recognized program that allows students to earn college credit for knowledge acquired through work experience, military training, independent study, or other learning outside a traditional classroom.

More than 30 upper- and lower-level exams are available in subject areas such as business, social sciences, mathematics, applied technology, physical sciences, history, and the humanities. Passing a DSST exam may help students reduce college expenses and complete their degrees sooner.

Students should confirm that their college or university accepts the selected DSST exam and determine how the credit will apply to their degree program before registering.

Cost at Wholistic Health: $200 per exam

Wholistic Health is a DANTES Fully Funded testing site. Eligible military members and eligible spouses may take their first attempt at a DSST exam at no cost.
